Area Sales Manager
Nordic Region
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Market Director for our Nordic Division you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the existing customer base in Denmark and Southern Sweden.
You will play the key role in all stages of the sale process, including initial prospecting, TPS product demonstration and generating repeat business as an important part of the 'after sale' customer relationship.
Experience and Requirements
You will be goal-orientated, self-motivated and comfortable with working on an independent basis. Crucially, you will need to demonstrate the ability to maintain focus in a long sale process which can involve many different parties and where it is important to have good business sense.
You will have a track record of experience of working within a logistics/packaging environment, where ‘business-to-business’ sales has been your primary function. You will have a broad knowledge of marketing tools and possess excellent inter-personal skills to establish relationships at all levels of business hierarchy.
This demanding role requires substantial travelling activity across your region and you will therefore need the flexibility to manage your work/life balance appropriately.
You will be fluent in both speech and writing in Danish and English, and in addition German and Swedish would be an advantage but not a requirement.

TPS Rental Systems are a major hirer of IBC container systems across the European market and we are now looking for agents to help us expand our markets in the Nordic region.
At present we are looking for agents to help us grow in the Finnish and Norwegian markets.
Our Nordic headquarters are located in Gothenburg.
Together with our direct sales personnel and agents we promote the TPS IBC system with fully folding containers, liners and ancillary equipment (Bag in Box) to the liquids markets focusing on Food processing, Cosmetic and Speciality Chemical markets.
The TPS system is a far more hygienic and cost effective way to transport and store liquid products.
